Today, I want to talk to you about the third P in the three P’s of marketing: promotion.

This area is where we really shine. The bottom line is that our promotion simply puts more money in your pocket than you would make any other way.

When it comes to promotion, many agents used to simply take photos of your home, put it up on the MLS, stick a sign and the yard, and hope for a sale. This is an outdated approach that some agents still use.

This technique utilizes the old three P’s of real estate marketing: placing a sign in the yard, putting a home on the MLS, and praying that it sells.

Today, we’re in a digital world though. If you want to get top dollar and get your home to sell, you must promote online and off.

In 2001, 8% of homebuyers found their home online. Today, that number has risen to more than half of all homebuyers, and it continues to rise.
